Khowai, 15 Oct 2022: A Housewife was molested by a 60-year-old in the West Ganki area under the Khowai Police station at approximately 9:15 pm on Thursday evening.
Bishnupad Deb (60), a resident of the Khowai West Ganki area, suddenly went to the woman’s house, while the woman’s husband took his mother to Khowai Hospital for treatment. Taking advantage of that opportunity, Bishnupada Deb goes to the woman’s house and asks her where her husband and mother-in-law were. At that time, the woman said that her husband went to the hospital with her mother-in-law for medical treatment.
At that time Bishnupa deb took advantage of that solitude and molested the woman. The abused woman said that at that time her minor daughter, who was not mentally healthy, was watching TV in another room. After such an abominable incident was perpetrated on the woman, her husband arrived. At that time Bishnupad Deb fled from the spot.
Later, on Friday night, a case was registered at the Khowai police station.
