Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma held a rally in support of the Tipra Matha party candidate in Bagbasa and Panisagar assembly constituencies of North Tripura in Chanichhara. Dances and songs were organized around this public meeting. When the chief speaker Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma appeared in this public meeting on Sunday, there was a surge of enthusiasm among the activist and supporters.
The Maharaja was given a royal welcome, and the Manipuri community also greeted the Maharaja with turbans. Apart from the Maharaja, Tipra Motha parties North District President Khukon Tripura, 55 Bagbasa constituency candidate Kalpana Sinha, 58 Panisagar constituency candidate Joy Chang Hallam and other local leaders were present in the public meeting.
From the beginning of his speech, Maharaja attacked the BJP, Congress, CPM(I) party in strong language. He said the people of this state have been left behind by the leaders for many years. Now is the time for Bengalis, Janjatis, Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, Christians to come together and show one unity.
