Under the initiative of Councilor Ratna Dutta of Ward No. 20 of Agartala Pur Nigam, a water tank for the public was inaugurated near the Khuz Bagan Kali Temple in Agartala. On the occasion of Diwali, district councilor Ratna Dutt distributed lamps and cloths on Monday morning.
