Bishramganj, 13 Sept 2022: In a clash between Congress and BJP supporters, the Youth Congress president’s car was damaged in the Bishramganj market area on Tuesday night. A large number of paramilitary forces were deployed in the market area to take the situation under control.
According to the source, a clash broke out between the Congress and the BJP supporters at 7.30 pm on Tuesday evening in Bishramganj Bazar. As a result of the clash, the car of the Youth Congress president Rakhu Das and other Congress workers were smashed, as the Youth Congress president complained.
Bishalgarh sub-divisional police officer Rahul Das and paramilitary forces rushed to the spot at the news of the incident. According to the news, the clash between the BJP and the Congress was because the Congress held a protest march in the market in Bishramganj without prior permission, which led to the clash between the two party supporters.
