‘Why is India still not a permanent member of the UNSC?’, Ukrainian President Zelensky asked at the UN

0

23 Sept 2022: Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine (Ukraine) raised a lot of anger in the United Nations (UN) session. On Thursday, he said that Russia attacked Ukraine (Russia-Ukraine War) many months ago. But the world’s most powerful country America (US) is kind of silent. The White House took no action against the attack. He also questioned why India and Japan are still not permanent members of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC)? On this day, Zelensky expressed his anger about the policy of the United Nations.

Zelensky claimed that day, ‘Our efforts are always to establish peace. From north to south, peace in the world is our aim like the United Nations. But has anyone ever heard Russia say anything about this? But Russia is a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council. Why Russia will be in this position? What is the reason that India, Japan Brazil or Ukraine can not be permanent members? A day will surely come when this problem will also be solved.’

It should be noted that India itself has sought to become a permanent member of the Security Council many times. India has repeatedly claimed that the country is fit to become a permanent member of the Security Council. Currently, the United Nations has 5 permanent memberships and 10 non-permanent memberships. Country names are selected for this temporary membership every 2 years. The 5 permanent members of the Security Council are Russia, Britain, America, China and France. Permanent members have veto power. Powers that they can overrule any decision. Just as China has become a thorn in India’s path to becoming a permanent member of the Security Council. The country of dragons has repeatedly used its veto power to water down India’s plans.

Zelensky blamed the United Nations for the Russian attack. He also demanded to return the territory to Ukraine which is in the possession of Russia. Ukraine’s war with Russia lasted for about 7 months. But so far no action has been taken by America. Russia has already decided to deploy 300,000 troops in Ukraine last Wednesday. Russia claims that Western countries are plotting to destroy Russia.

After Zelensky’s comments, Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar intervened. He said, ‘India not being a permanent member of the Security Council is a loss not only for India but for the whole world. This rule needed to be changed long ago. Jaishankar was asked, how long will it take for India to become a permanent member of the Security Council? He replied that the country is working vigorously in this regard.

Neither Shahrukh nor Gauri Khan has commented on his son’s activities or jail life in this one year. When ‘Koffee With Karan’ started, many speculated that perhaps Gauri would use this platform to open up about her son. That is the truth.

Gauri recently appeared on Karan’s show along with Bhavana Pandey and Maheep Kapoor. There he broke his silence about Aryan. Without naming Aryan directly, Karan said, “It was a very difficult time for him and you all were very strong. I know you as a mother. We are all members of the same family and I am also a member of that family. I know times have not been easy and Gauri, you have never been so strong before.”

Gauri replied, “Nothing can be worse than what we have gone through. But the way we stand together as a family, I can say we are in good shape. So much love, so many messages, so much love from all our friends, and from people we don’t even know. we are blessed Thanks to everyone who helped us.”

Gauri also said that Aryan decides how she should or should not wear clothes. Son is his ‘fashion police’. For example, long sleeve shirts cannot be worn, jackets cannot be worn. Aryan knows best what clothes mom will look best in.

Aryan was arrested in Cordelia Cruz in October last year in a drug case. He was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau and spent almost a month in jail. Aryan had been hiding his face since getting conditional bail.

He could not overcome the trauma of the prison experience. Aryan confined himself to the house because of the ban on meeting friends and going to parties. But after getting acquitted in a drug case a few months ago, he returned to his previous form.

SBI brought a big gift for customers! This great benefit will be available till October 28

23 Sept 2022: State Bank of India is one of the most important banks in our country. This bank can be found even in remote areas of the country. Besides, the number of customers of State Bank is increasing day by day. Meanwhile, this bank often comes up with various schemes or offers for the convenience of customers.

In this context, the “Utsav Deposit Scheme” was launched by SBI on August 15. Basically, this special scheme was brought by the concerned bank on the occasion of 75 years of independence. Meanwhile, according to State Bank of India sources, depositors can deposit money in Utsav Deposit Scheme till October 28. Besides, the State Bank has also made a special request to link the Aadhaar card with the PAN card of the customers.

Let us inform you in this context that the duration of fixed deposit in that scheme of the bank is total 1000 days. Most notably, State Bank of India will pay 6.1 percent interest to depositors under the Utsav Deposit Scheme. Meanwhile, SBI is not seen paying interest on fixed deposits at such a high rate.

However, this is not the end, it is said that the Utsav Deposit Scheme is also providing additional benefits to senior citizens. According to reports, if a person above the age of 60 wants to make a fixed deposit in this scheme, he will get interest at an additional rate of 50 basis points. In short, the State Bank of India will pay 6.6 percent interest on this scheme for senior citizens.

It is pertinent to note that to get the benefit of this special scheme, the amount deposited in the fixed deposit of the depositors should be less than 2 crore rupees. That is, as per rules, SBI will not give higher interest rate on deposits above Rs 2 crore. So, if you are thinking of investing in fixed deposits, this is definitely a great opportunity.
