Dharmanagar, 21 August 2022: Third Biennial Conference of Indian Postal Employees Association of Dharmanagar Branch and Northeast Branch was held at Ardhendu Bhattacharya Smriti Bhavan, Dharmanagar on Sunday.
The conference was closed for the past 3 years due to the covid situation. The conference became possible this year as a result of the normalization of the covid situation.
The third biennial conference was auspiciously inaugurated by Rajat Debbarma, Circle President of the Association, Honorable Deputy Speaker of Tripura Legislative Assembly Bishwa Bandhu Sen, Postal Commissioner Bidhan Chandra Das, District Secretary Arup Kumar Roy, SAARC Secretary Partha Chakraborty and other persons were present as special guests.
The main purpose of this conference is to strengthen the organization and to add new members and at the same time to form new committee.
